CitizenshipGrenada
The only Caribbean citizenship that opens the door to a US E-2 investor visa.
Grenada's citizenship-by-investment programme, launched in 2013, stands apart for one key reason: the island holds a treaty of commerce with the United States that lets its citizens apply for the E-2 investor visa, a route unavailable through any other Caribbean programme. That makes it a favourite among entrepreneurs with American ambitions.
Beyond the E-2 advantage, Grenada offers strong global mobility and a passport that reaches destinations many other programmes cannot, including particularly useful access for business travellers. Applicants can contribute to the National Transformation Fund or buy into an approved real estate project.
CBIProgram takes care of the full journey, preparing your documentation, coordinating the required forms and due diligence, and steering the application to approval, which typically arrives within four to six months.
- Residence requirement: None
- Holding period: 5 years (real estate)
Program law
Grenada's programme is governed by Act No. 15 of 2013, the legislation that launched its citizenship-by-investment framework in August 2013.
